Best Plumbing Backflow in Chula Vista CA

They sent me an estimate for re piping a garage water heater. The estimate had a total number with no details. (Later on I realize why). They did the job very quickly, but left 3 dry wall holes in the garage. I inquired why are those holes left there? Well, it was not under the initial estimate. I ask: when someone proposed a job to be done, means leave the property as it was before. Silence from the person on the phone!!! I felt decided and taking advantage. Now, I understand why the initial estimate was not detailed!!!!!

The team installed the new water heater very quickly. The price was quoted up front, and there were no surprises when the work was completed.

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

I have a small business in La Jolla and we started our day off horribly being held up by health inspector because my water heater was too low. Panicking I scrambled to even locate the water heater and turn up so that we can open the shop. A very nice gentleman named Nathan from Perry's plumbing was helping Starbucks next door. He saw we were panIcked and guided us to the water heater and showed us how to turn up to correct temperature! We were back in business as soon as inspector came back! Can’t thank you enough Nathan! His kindness and support was greatly appreciated!!

I work as a Maintenance Chief at a big Name Hotel, had a leak on the main hot water line. These guys came in looked at the problem, knew my time concerns and fixed it before anyone even knew the water was shut off. I highly recommend them.

Had a backed up bathroom sink, Cody was very quick to come out & informative. His pride in customer service shows. Will definitely be referring him to my friends & family.

**Update 6/3/2023: We had a sudden water leak in our kitchen, and since we had such a good experience working with this company installing our new water heater, we used them again for this emergency. Emilio did a great job helping us find the source of the leak and resolving the issue as soon as possible. He was very friendly and worked around my hectic work schedule to get this done. We really appreciated his effort.**

Seith- saved the day! We had a water pipe break coming from the street to the house. To make matters worse it was at a rental property.
