They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

1/2018: We discovered our water heater was leaking water and contacted Blue Planet Drains & Plumbing. Miguel responded quickly and let us know our water heater was failing and would need to be replaced (it lasted well beyond its lifetime). Our previous install had been a do-it-yourself and wasn't up to code. He replaced our water heater and it's comforting to know it was installed correctly and meets all the safety requirements. We'll definitely call them the next time we have plumbing issues.

Update: (3/2019)The thermostat in our water heater went out on a Saturday. We called Blue Planet and they advised we contact the manufacturer of our water heater. We did and they sent us the part. Tuesday we received the part in the morning. I called Blue Planet and we got an appointment for that same afternoon. The tech showed up on time and my husband commented on what a nice guy he was. I was happy to come home to hot water!

Mike was great very professional estimate and assessment of the problem was spot on. High def video of damage to main sewage pipe was great I could see for myself how bad it was. Work was completed in half the day I thought it would take days. His staff was very quick to work with us got us scheduled with no problem. So If your looking for a great plumbing company go with Premier you will not be disappointed. I have already recommended him to all family and friends.

We had a water line leak under the house. Al from BPI Plumbing arrived timely. He quickly identified the area of concern and completed repairs within the time estimated. Al was able to further identify opportunities to avoid additional issues and implemented a design change to correct an flaw in how the piping was routed. Pipes were backed up Friday night and needed urgent plumbing help. He came to El Cajon at 7:30pm and was able to clear the pipes within 20 minutes. Worth the call any where in San Diego.

I Needed a new water heater in my home. Armondo was recommended from a friend. He was quick to arrive and diagnose the problem. He was able to order and install the water heater the same day! The two gentlemen, Ricardo and Able, that came out today were absolutely wonderful, very professional and very polite. After they came and looked at the problem they realized they needed a different part, due to my tight schedule this weekend for a wedding and the time of day it was, they quickly ran to the plumbing store got the correct part and came right back. It could have been a bigger problem than what it turned out to be, thank goodness, therefore they were able to be in and out.
