Absolutely fantastic company when it comes to workmanship and customer service! We recently bought a house and found out our sewer drains were in much worse condition that we thought and all needed to be replaced. It was a big project and sounded like a headache as new homeowners but we are so glad that we went with Blue Planet.

Mike and his coworker Ricardo (?) were great the entire time. They showed up early each day, worked hard, made sure we had water connected by the end of each day, and always cleaned up before they left. They always gave us updates about what was happening and what they finished each day. One of the reasons we opted to use this company was because of the trenchless repair, which they did really well (and hauled away the extra dirt at the end too!). We had other work being done on the house at the same time which they were able to work their schedule around, which we appreciated so much. They were also very mindful and worked really well around our dogs, which was awesome!

All in all, both my husband and I highly recommend this company and wish we could give them more than 5 stars! They made a problem that felt like it was going to be awful dealing with pretty painless in the end!

I chose this company based on yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. Delbert was very processional. He explained in detail the work needed on my shower valve. Left my house to get needed parts, returned when he said he would and installed the parts. I got a fair price for the work. Great customer service. Great response and customer service. We had our kitchen sink clogged up and they took care of it asap that morning before our daughters birthday. We were able to continue with out affecting our schedule. Good prices . You get what you pay .Thanks 24/7 .

I had an emergency at 7 pm on a weeknight last week. Contacted a plumber I knew who had previously worked on my house, Frankie, and he said he would come help me. It turns out he now works for BPI, which he did not tell me until he got to my house. He provided no contract for replacing my water heater, said he was not going to run the job through the company because it was a side job for him, and gave me no receipt for payment after I gave him a check. For some reason, the bank refused to cash the check I gave him, so the BPI office called me to collect payment via credit card over the phone. I was charged $3500 dollars for replacing my 40 gallon tank gas water heater. The company dispatcher who called me for payment insisted that is a fair, going rate. Yet, every other company says this should have been about $2000-2500 tops for the after hours service. I asked for an itemized receipt, but all they gave me was a receipt for plumbing for $3500. They did not even mention replacing the water heater on the receipt! There was no itemization or justification for the charges on the receipt. I think my vulnerability as a single female with a plumbing emergency was preyed upon, and I was ripped off. The technician did not use drip cloths and made a total mess in my house. To top it all off, I just found out that a permit is required for changing a hot water heater in CA. I did not know this, and BPI Plumbing said NOTHING to me about needing a permit. Now, I am going to have to figure out how to get a retroactive permit and pay for it, ON TOP OF the $3500 I already paid BPI. I unfortunately made an extremely expensive mistake with this company, and I will never contact them to do work in my home again.

Great customer service! Helped my parents out with honest and fast service.

They replaced a leaking garbage disposal at my mom's house in National City. They were responsive and scheduled a time window for the following day. They texted us when they were on their way. It's only been a week or so since the installation, but we haven't had any problems. I would use their services again and have saved their information on my phone.

Excellent service, Efren was great! Informative, on time and work quickly done. I am missing two parts from the shower wand, inadvertently taken. A gray ball which screws onto the shower extension and the locking mechanism to attach the wand. Left a message on the after hour service number.

Fast callback and I appreciated having an ETA. Ricky and Jose were very professional and knowledgeable. My toilet problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. They applied the discount from the newspaper, so that brought the cost down.
I highly recommend this company.

Promaster Plumbing did a highly professional job on a variety of plumbing issues we had when moving into our new home. I called Brian based on his online ratings which were right on. Brian came out (on time) and jetted the mains on my 60 year old house. Brian did a video recording of the before and afters to show me what was done. The drains are once again flowing.

If I could rate Xtreme Drainworks with 10 stars I would.

Technician showed up on time and gave me an estimate to re-set 3 toilets and re-install a water heater to code as my initial self installation did not pass a purchase inspection. I agreed to the price and the work was done perfectly the same day. Toilets are now secure with new seals and water heater is to code with new lines and all the gadgets that was needed to make it legal. The company promised to remove the old heater the next day. Technician showed up early the next day and removed the old heater as promised. Everything looks good and functions well.

Carlos responded right away, was friendly, polite, genuine, and gave me advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again, and gave me a descent price. He's the best!
