We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. I have a long (16 ft.) sewer pipe in the ceiling that its slope needed correction. I found Miguel on Thumbtack, he paid me a visit and gave me a good quotation, and started the job next day. He did a great job, spend significant time to do a high-quality finish. He spent almost 4 hours to fix. I am super happy with pricing and quality of the work. He is on time, polite and very respectful. I found my plumber and definitely go back to him for every job I have.

Before calling, I had (3) plumbers come out to solve my problem but they were not able to take care of it. So, I called and spoke to Paulie, I was impressed by their knowledge and the turn around time to come out and take care of our problem. Once they arrived they had it fixed within 15-20 mins. I highly recommend them. I wish I called them first!

Making me wait all day for a simple repair job, the guys said “need to go get some parts” that’s code for going to lunch! Be back shortly! Shortly is 15 minutes to me 2 hours is shortly to him! Plumbing is a mess to fix but they could try and do the job as quickly as possible instead of wasting my time making me sit and wait because they can’t get the job done! I would not recommend Perry to my friends only to someone I didn’t like!
