They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

EXTREMELY impressed is an understatement!!!!! Efren was so communicative from the start to finish. He was open and honest from the beginning. Efren even kept the owner Pauly involved in all decisions that needed to be made. Pauly the owner, even stopped by multiple times to check on the work and progress of the job. I find that very impressive- as most owners of companies tend to stay in their office and behind their desk. The team kept me in the loop, and explained in detail what all was going to take place in order to help our family remodel our bathroom. Efren was patience, and so very kind answering all questions, and even suggesting things with integrity and honesty. Speedi Rooter did a beautiful job plumbing half of our house. I can’t speak highly enough about them! If anyone needs a plumber or a plumbing company, come this way- they won’t disappoint! Wow- unbelievable work!!! Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.
