They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Speedi Rooter plumbers were very professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves . Explained how the pipe leak was gonna be repaired and did it in very timely manner. They also changed my sink water supply valves when asked even though it wasn't part of the original job at a reasonable price. I would use them again if needed.

He was able to diagnose via phone which was really great. He was on time and worked efficiently, a plus was that I did learn how the plumbing system works as he was explaining what he was doing.

We woke up to a leaking faucet and he contacted us immediately and even came over to check it out, on a Saturday. He was professional, kind, and after getting two quotes, Trusted Water Systems was over $1000 cheaper than the other quote we received. Jacob replaced three faucets and made repairs under the sink. We love the new faucets and he made me feel comfortable and kept me updated on his progress throughout the installation. I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. From the very beginning Edray was prompt in getting back to me, professional and very personable. Infinity Plumbing took care of installing the pressure regulator and shut-off valve and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done. I researched several companies that sell & service tankless water heaters before contacting Arnett's. I currently have a very dependable, efficient tankless Nortiz water heater. I contacted Arnett's for a descaling and flush, since no maintenance has been done for at least 5 years. The tech, Eric, was on time, polite and professional. After an inspection, he informed me that there was quite a bit of corrosion, and hard water deposits, had compromised the integrity of the valves. A simple flush and desacle was not really practical. Replacement of the valves could cost nearly $800-$1000.
Here's where Eric and Arnett really stood out as far as a honest, reputable, company: He suggested not to proceed with the valve replacement, instead, get the most out of this unit, which could even be up to 3 years, then invest in a new unit. It would be far more cost efficient to extend the current unit, then purchase a new one. I sincerely appreciate Eric's honest advice, while saving me money. Having said that, they will be the the first company I call to install a new tankless, when the time comes! I would like to add, that they didn't even charge for a service call!

Our water heater broke and we called four different companies. Eastlake plumbing were the first to show up less than an hour after our call. The others were either a couple hours later or the next day. Armando, was able to give us two different quotes for replacing the heater or going tankless. We weighed the pros and cons and decided to go with the replacement. They were in and out under three hours with a quality product and service.
