It was Saturday night when we noticed our water heater tank leaking. I requested a quote/service in yelp and called a few companies closeby. Premier Rooter Plumbing responded and came promptly. Ruben is so professional and pleasant. He explained all our options. We had our water heater tank replaced and he did an excellent job, he was very efficient. I highly recommend Ruben and Premier Rooter Plumbing.

Everything about my dealings with Jacob were 5 stars. Honest, reliable performed the install on a Sunday at no extra charge, extremely competitive pricing. He took the time to answer all of questions and the job was complete in no time.

Reliable prices.

Nice guy but he was unable to help. I called Charlie to come out to fix a leak under the house which a home inspector found. He arrived within the hour, which was good. He found the leak that I was already aware of by the home inspector,
Which was good. He told me to takecare of it by tightening up the bolt myself. I asked him how much it would cost me for him to do it... he was hesitant to give me a quote, and said he has other jobs to go to. Before he left, he asked me to give him 5 stars on google review and write something to make him look good. I did not use his services so I can't give him 5 stars if he didn't actually fix anything. That would dishonest to others. Sorry.
