Blue Planet was very fast and professional when I called distraught about water coming from my kitchen ceiling and light fixtures in our brand new home!! A gentleman named Matthew came out to check things out gave an honest assessment and estimate of the cost for repair. We held off on the services as I am hoping this might be covered by a builders warranty considering we bought this brand new how 4 months ago?! If things are not covered I will be calling Blue Planet for the repairs 100%. It's good to know there are still good honest companies and employees out there these days! Two thumbs up 👍🏻

After another plumbing company tried unsuccessfully to unclog my kitchen sink drain, the plumber said a jetter was needed to clear the drain. The plumber didn't have a jetter, so he suggested that I call Bill Howe but he warned that a jetter is an expensive procedure. I called Bill Howe, and they sent Rob Altimirano. Rob was on time and super professional. When I told him I needed a jetter he said he will try to snake the drain first. He worked HARD for an hour and pulled a ton of grease out of the drain. A month later and the drain remained clear. Rob saved me a lot of money by clearing the drain without a jetter. I highly recommend Rob Altimirano and Bill Howe.

I was very impressed by Raul the plumber. He came out within 1/2 hour and did a great job. Had him back to replace a large pipe under the house. He got the job done in 3 hours. Cleared out root intrusion in sewer drain line via hydro jetting. Mike was very professional, courteous & friendly. While Marco was clearing out the line, Mike explained the details of the Hydro jetting process & damage that can occur if not done properly. Marco was also professional, friendly, & courteous. Primo plumbing provide great service.

My girlfriends parents were coming to town and it was my first time meeting them, and sure enough my shower drain AND my toilet were clogged for unknown reasons. (My gf now knows to not put q-tips down the drain) Called WestPro and the gentleman arrived within 30 mins and even with the deep clog, was able to have it fixed in 10mins. Much appreciated because her dad's a pretty intimidating guy and all I needed was plumbing issues to get in the way of making a good first impression!
