He was friendly upfront and was here within 30 mins. Stayed to make sure everything was satisfactory before he left (this was at 8:30pm on a weekend). For me personally I would recommend putting them in your contacts BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW when your going to need help.

Thank you so much for helping my mother out at her home in National City, at 3 in the morning. Having a pipe burst on you is no fun especially in the middle of the night. Called the guys at National Emergency Plumber and they were able to get there in 15 minutes and get the job down within an hour. Thank you for the great service and great price!

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

I have used G Brothers for plumbing issues with a rental property, and they have always been on time, easy to work with and reasonably priced, with excellent work. I just completed a major remodel/addition for my own master suite, I used them for all the plumbing needs. This included everything from running new plumbing, relocating clean-outs and drains, and installation of shower and vanity fixtures. As well, they provided solution consultation that saved me a lot of money. They did all I asked, on time, under budget. Love these guys, and highly recommend them.

Paul is such an awesome guy. We called him for a clogged drain late afternoon and he was able to come out the next morning. Paul was very informative and showed us exactly where the problem was. He even noticed we had corrosion on the pipes to our water heater and was able to fix that. We will definitely use him again and will be recommending him to others.

Fast callback and I appreciated having an ETA. Ricky and Jose were very professional and knowledgeable. My toilet problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. They applied the discount from the newspaper, so that brought the cost down.

Manny come out and installed laundry hook ups in my condo. From the get go the process was very smooth. He was very honest and competitive in his bid. The day of he worked quickly but professionally. We have used this company for years and will continue to. Zeke has fixed our issues in the past and does a great job. We had an emergency a couple of years ago at 7pm on a Saturday night. Our shower wouldn't shut off and we couldn't get a hold of any plumbers... until we reached Drain Masters. They were fast, efficient and honest. We have been loyal customers since! I would recommend these guys to anyone. A++ company.
