Best Home Water Treatment in Chula Vista CA

The sink in the kitchen of the first floor condo in our building was overflowing from a clog. Anderson, who advertises 24/7 service, said they could send someone the next evening. I called Bill Howe & a wonderful young man, Tony, arrived in an hour and one half, 7pm. He unclogged that problem & while in the garage noticed another issue we had & fixed that too. I’m very impressed & pleased with their promptness & caring attitude. Tony couldn’t have been better. Thanks

My kiddo - under one - needs a bathtub! The drain clogged. BPI booked with one call, showed up on time and in under an hour they had unclogged the tub. It was a very deep clog. The tech knew how to fix it and tested it multiple times to ensure it truly cleared.

i had a good experience working with Arnett's Water Systems to install a new tankless water heater since my previous one was faulty over a few months after it just got repaired. The only reason i didnt give them a 5 star review was due to the fact that i was promised to be given a detailed walk through of the servicing procedure instead of receiving $50 off per a yelp promotion, yet when i asked to get the walk through the technician rushed through the process with no clear guidance or instructions.

Pablo was the lead technician who worked on my project. Top notch customer service and very professional. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Aldo was prompt and very courteous. He explained what was wrong and what it would take to fix the issue. He has great customer service skills and did not try to up sale me.

All in all I was extremely satisfied with my service. The best plumbing company I have used yet. They now have a loyal customer for future needs.
