I purchased the hydro-cleaning service (Did I get that right?) to correct an old plumbing problem that had plagued my house for years. My plumber was quick and professional. He arrived earlier than the appointed time after calling ahead to advise me. And when he was finished, he left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived--even though I told him not to worry about it.

We have an old mobile home that has very old fixtures and needed a replacement kitchen faucet. I called Bill Howe and was help immediately. They sent a person over to assess what we needed, gave me a quote and once we agreed on a price (a little high), Doug began the work. The work Doug performed was great, quick lookd like it will last another 25 years. The new faucet functions as it should and looks great. I highly recommend Bill Howe plumbing to any one needing these kind of services.

BPI was hired by First Residential HOA to fix a broken pipe in the Antigua neighborhood of Eastlake in Chula Vista. For the past 7 days they have turned the water off to over 70 families everyday, EVERYDAY they failed to turn the water off or back on at the times they said they would. This lead to NO water in the evenings, throughout the night and in the mornings, even before 7a, No water to shower for work, doctor appointments etc.
They even claimed that the pipe was fixed and water was restored only to find out that the poor quality of work caused the pipe to burst again.

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.

We have been using Diamond Ace Plumbing for approximately 5 years. I have always found the service to be excellent, prompt and courteous. Repairs are done correctly the first time.

We are doing an extensive remodel to our house and needed a complete re-pipe including the main line back to the water meter. The crew came out and did the project in one day! They were professional and very good to work with.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
