We had an emergency situation with our hot water heater conking out over the weekend. They arrived within 3 hours of our call, did beautiful work, very non-disruptive to my day (I work at home) and my bill matched the quote-no hidden fees. Michael was a real professional and did excellent work! They are my new plumbers!

Miguel was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in his craft. He installed a reverse osmosis system for us and a garbage disposal unit. Not one person could get our plumbing under the kitchen sink right until he fixed it. He was beyond helpful with any information we needed to maintain the unit in the future. You can tell he loves what he does and I'm sure we will always call Miguel for his services. We've called him a couple of times already. I recommend Miguel to anyone that I hear needing plumbing services done.

I was very impressed by Raul the plumber. He came out within 1/2 hour and did a great job. Had him back to replace a large pipe under the house. He got the job done in 3 hours. He's very pleasant to have around and Cleaned up great. If you need a plumber fast and one that does excellent work call R & J plumbing.

Got quote $750 to install a ice maker line to my fridge... about 3-5 ft of copper pipe and a tap into the water line. Bill Howe quoted the same job for $325.

Look elsewhere if you have a small home job as these guys clearly don't want to do them. I'm only wondering why they decided to waste my time by even coming over for a quote? Just say no over the phone if the job is too small!

Called after-hours when our existing tankless heater stopped working, they were out the next morning to inspect it and by lunchtime we had a new unit installed and hot water flowing. Their work was clean and service was great, would contract again~

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
