Best Heating System Maintenance in Chula Vista CA
They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Thanks Rockstar for your recent services. Found unit low on refrigerant. Francisco was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Was hoping the pricing was less but that was wishful thinking.

I have a brad ford white water heater that failed after making an explosion sound and started showing error code F18. I called varoius plumbing companies, but it was useless since technicians were not familiar at all with bradford white water heater with heat pump, and even they scared to at least try. So, I finally called Bill Howe Company and Juan Lopez was the technician who came to fix the problem. He was very patient in diagnostic and figuring out the issue. He was very cooperative and professional. I really appreciate him to not to give up on repairing our water heater like many other technicians who came. He tried to find ways to be cost effective by looking at alternative ways of repair. He used much cheaper way to fix our laundry water arrester while all other technicians told me they have to cut the dry wall which would make my brand new home ugly and was much more expensive. Thanks to Juan Lopez who brought the peace again to my life. More importantly we can take shower again :) .

I called Jacob and explained my situation, being out of state and having a leak in CA. He took down my information, went to the property and made the necessary repairs. He is extremely professional, prompt, and cares about his customers as if he’s repairing his own home. I would give him a perfect score and highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. Jacob is now my go to guy and a contact in my phone. I will NOT call anyone else but Jacob! He’s awesome!! Thank you Jacob.

Juan Navarro and Martin’ did a fantastic job installing a pair of shower pans in a condo unit downtown. They were courteous, skilled, communicative, and thorough. Being one who is extremely detail oriented, I appreciate their careful prep, and consideration of the specifics to this job.
Update: As this was done as a sub-contracting job, we subsequently discovered that the work was significantly more expensive than was anticpated. Had the general or ourselves as the customer, been aware of the extent of the cost, it may have swayed us from installing shower pans and opting for a hot mop installation where the drainage pipes would not have to have been altered.
Although the previous drainage installation was done with PVC in an above 6 story high rise, and there are sprinklers in the garage technically within acceptable code limits. (The building has a fire inspect every year), the plumbers expressed a concern with code and decided to replace the PVC with cast-iron steel. This unbeknownst to myself or the GC, added almost $2000 to the cost; the impact we were not aware until the invoice was sent to the GC (general contractor). As this significant cost was not telegraphed in advance... it came as a shock and huge unanticipated expense.
While the opinion of their work is untarnished the gravity of the expense would have been a pivot point in the project and the company failed to notify the customer or the GC of the cost impact. Therefore due to the lack of internal communication, and the negative impact, lowering the review to 3 stars as a result.
As a consumer whether utilizing a GC or engaging directly, be sure to have complete costs includes any MACs (moves, adds, changes) communicated in advance prior to allowing work to proceed.

Mike Labble ( PRIMO PLUMBING ) thank you for the job well done on repairing two gas leaks one of them was easy to find but the second one you impressed me the way you did the trouble shutting to find the problem inside the house..... the work require a licensed plumber due to the work required to be inspected by The City of Chula Vista, when the time came for inspection by the city inspector no problem to pass inspection ..... I recommend PRIMO PLUMBING very highly

We spoke with Norman, he was here for leak detection. He was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He was thorough in determining the status of our plumbing. We would call him again.

I would never use this plumber. Their cost is twice as much. They would not discuss my options of using pex rather than copper and they would not explain why. I got specs from SDGE nad Steve told me SDGE did not know what they are doing. I beg to differ. Too much money. I always get three quotes. Don't over pay for plumbing. Bob the plumber is good, inexpensive and licensed. There system for getting quotes to you is outdated. They take too long to respond!
