Delbert did a great job! He came to do a preventative maintenance on my tankless water heater, and to move some water lines away from my house to create clearance for some work I'm doing to my home. The work done was great, and done with a courteous, positive attitude. I'll be back!

Trevor and Cameron showed up and immediately diagnosed the issue and gave reasonable options for fixes. Once we decided on a fix, they quickly set to work. Trevor and Cameron worked great together and I could tell this was not their first rodeo. They quickly and efficiently drained, removed, and hauled off my old water heater. While the old water heater was draining they went and picked up my new water heater and by the time they got back they were able to install. The install took very little time and we chatted during the process and they showed me where they think the old heater had failed and steps I could take to mitigate future issues. Perry gave a nice warranty on the service on top of the manufacturer's warranty for the parts. Trevor and Cameron cleaned up their work area and removed all the old equipment. I have zero complaints and was impressed by their professionalism, level of effort, knowledge, cleanliness, and helpfulness. I would use Perry again and recommend them to anyone else needing plumbing work. Special shoutout to their dispatch caller who was incredibly helpful and informative.

Eric came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and the price was the most competitive. His crew was very polite, worked cleanly and provided a perfect replacement to our water heater. I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
