James has been the plumber on our property for 2 years. I highly recommend him for his knowledge of plumbing and problem-solving skills. He takes complicated jobs and simplifies them. The quality of the repairs has been good and he is easy to work with. He is also transparent and very honest, helpful and has reasonable, competitive plumbing prices. The complex he works at for me is a 309-unit condo complex and he performs common area repairs as well as work for individual owners. We have had good reviews as well from the individual owners.

Miguel is nice to talk to and very professional. He did a good job installing water softener and build a bypass valve for the whole system. He also took the time to drive to stores to get all the parts in order to get the job done. It's a good experience overall, would definitely recommend to others.

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
