We've used Rockstar for plumbing and HVAC on multiple new construction projects. They are consistently responsive, efficient, and produce high quality work.

The first time I called, they hung up on me. The second time I called, they took all my information and never called me back. A day later, no call. Poor service.

Great company! I called at 515pm, they sent Marco out to unclog our tub. Marco was there by 6pm and gone by 630pm. Everything working and great service!

I wish to express my great satisfaction for a job well done by your two technicians, Sam and Ryan. I was so impressed with their politeness, expertise and diligent work ethic. Being that I had no knowledge of HVAC prior to the delivery and installation of our new AC and Furnace, and removing our old and inefficient units, I needed to place a lot of trust in these young men and they proved their worth. Additionally, I obtained three estimates and yours offered not only the best product specs, but at a lower cost! I've since recommended your business to a neighbor who owns several commercial buildings in San Diego and sometimes needs HVAC service.

I had a drain that needed to be cleared out as well as a faucet that needed replacing. LB showed up and was friendly, professional, and able to walk me through the work he was going to need to do. I now have a drain that drains and a new sink thanks to discount plumbing. Great Service and very professional technicians.

Quick resolution to my plumbing issue. Reasonable cost in comparison to other plumbers. Will definitely keep them in my contacts to use again.

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

In the process of finding and correcting the problem, a team of five were involved. This included Viviane at headquarters, Joe and his men, and
Berrie the leak detector. In every step of the operation everyone was in direct communication and focused on my problem. The Crew worked non-stop for two days and they kept me advised as the job want along. They were all very respectful of me, my pets and my property. They ALL earned my highest rating and recommendation.

I called them in for a new garbage disposal and they figured out another issue I had that I did know about. They are detail oriented, have great communication and had good prices.

Cameron was easy to work with, gave me options for the work that needed to be done and was reasonable. He was respectful and provided he’s expertise to ensure the job that I needed to get down was accomplished. Would recommended to anyone

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
