Leo is very professional. He had to redo my shower valve because the plumbers who I previously hired had it set to forward and tile wouldn’t have been flush. Leo also upgraded my water heater to a tankless water heater. Leo explained the process of what he was going to do and spoke to the tile guy to see how far out it needed to be roughed in. Recently, I had a plumbing emergency in my home that required immediate attention. I was extremely worried and stressed about the situation, but I contacted VI Drains, and they responded promptly, arriving at my house in no time.

Horrible service. The guy told me he should have not been a plumber. They damaged the wall, forced a valve box in the wall. Moved the drain valve so it sticks out of the wall. A total hack job. repairing the washer valves. This has been going on for a month. Run from this company. When the plumber tells you he should have not been a plumber, Believe him!

Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.

These guys repaired a refrigerator/ ice box valve for us, and hooked up the refrigerator. They helped us out by coming on an urgent basis, and were extremely professional. Affordable, too. Super happy!
