Joshua and his crew worked here for 2 days and did a wonderful job. We had our old cast iron pipes relined and everything flushed out. Their work was done in a professional manner. But they still were very pleasant to talk to. They felt like family. We would recommend them highly.

Very professional and on time. My problem did not have a fix, counter top was broken. I was given advice on what to do in the mean time. I was not charge for their time and advice. I would recommend them no questions asked.

I've used Bill Howe for my condo rental for over ten years for the unfortunate collective issues that have occurred for the entire time. He gave us our options for the after-hours service and helped temporarily alleviate the issue until we can address it during non-emergency hours. We had a water line leak under the house. Al from BPI Plumbing arrived timely. He quickly identified the area of concern and completed repairs within the time estimated. Al was able to further identify opportunities to avoid additional issues and implemented a design change to correct an flaw in how the piping was routed. Speedi Rooter is exactly as advertised in their name. I called and they were here the same day and earlier than expected. Paul handled my issue professionally. He asked questions to diagnose my drain problem and find the best way to access and resolve the issue and was transparent and fair about the costs up front. This is the first time I have had to have a plumber come out to my home, so I am glad that I had a great experience doing business with Speedi Rooter. I know who to call when I need them and will be recommending their business to others.

David was super helpful by explaining some other changes that needed to be done and there pricing was super affordable. Armando is awesome. During our kitchen reno we found we had some plumbing that needed to be moved. Armando responded and scheduled our work very quickly. While he was here I mentioned a small issue in one of our bathrooms. He went out and purchased materials and was able to finish the entire job in a day. He also gave some recommendations for our sink before we had it installed. Not only is he very courteous and professional but also affordable. I've already provided his card to the rest of the tenants in our complex. I'll definitely be calling him again when we have our bathrooms done.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
