I worked with John to get my waterheater replaced. The last time we bought a waterheater was over ten years ago. John explained all of the code changes that occurred within the time, and then worked quickly and efficiently to change out the waterheater. He is very personable and knowledgeable about plumbing. I am happy to say that I now have a reliable plumber that I can all on that is reasonable, knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and shows up on time.

I’ve been using fix for several years and through a couple of emergency leaks. Always prompt, courteous, quality repairs and fair prices. I always trust that they are telling me the truth and giving me the best price possible.

We have been going to Bill Howe for plumbing for a long time. They always give us a reasonable price and perform excellent work. We had Chris help us today and he was exceptional. Efficient and did a thorough job clearing the blocked kitchen drain.

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

This company is one of the best if not THE best plumbers I have had in San Diego. I needed a quote quickly for an insurance claim and I needed them to be on standby to replace a shower value when the shower had been demo'd.
