I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. From the very beginning Edray was prompt in getting back to me, professional and very personable. Infinity Plumbing took care of installing the pressure regulator and shut-off valve and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done. Armando and his crew were AMAZING!!! We had major sewer repair work done and they were able to get the job done quickly, at a grate rate, and finished ON TIME. Just like any large job there were complications that came up but he went the extra mile to insure it was resolved quickly and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Drain Masters (specifically, Zeke!!!) is THE BEST PLUMBING COMPANY IN SAN DIEGO!!!
When I called, Zeke answered within two rings. I told him what I had done (confession #1, five pounds of cooked pasta down the disposal)... I believed that I could go to Home Depot and pick up a plumbing snake and fix the problem myself. HA!
Zeke agreed to come out and help me clear my drain. Truthfully, I was completely prepared to pay for the service call in exchange for the benefit of learning how to clear the drain myself from a professional plumber. I would like to thank him for his understanding and patience. It can't be easy to have a customer with a do it herself attitude.
Zeke instructed me in the steps of plumbing diagnosis and how to use the snake. He watched me unfurl 25 feet of cable into the drain and pull it all back in (manually is no joke).
I think he knew that the clog was further down than the 25' I had to work with, but he let me try! And I am grateful for the learning experience!
At this point, Zeke told me that the little snake I had was not going to fix my problem, despite all the girl power and elbow grease I had applied.
He went to his truck and came out with a set up (and a smile!) that made my little bit of cable sag in defeat. LOL
Zeke spent over (at least) 45 minutes snaking my outgoing drain, just to be sure it was as clear as possible given the age & condition of the pipes.

His price was amazingly fair and he gave me a 30 day WARRANTY!!! What plumber does that??? Certainly one who stands behind his work and knows that getting it done right the first time effectively guarantees satisfied customers.

I was impressed with his manner, his professionalism and his interest in allowing me to be an informed customer (confession #3, he's now stuck with me as a customer FOR LIFE).

Shined a light under the sink, told me my garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Charged me 79 dollars just to shine a light under my sink for 5 mins. Total rip off. Stay away.

I've used other plumber's in the past, and none of them give you the service or follow up. LGE does a fantastic job of service and follow up and does the work competently.
