Michael from Blue Planet was extremely timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. He arrived within one hour of my call and could not have been nicer. Other companies are a little skittish about working on tankless water heaters, but not Michael. I would highly recommend Blue Planet and Michael.

I noticed water coming out of a drain plug and my shower had about 3 inches of standing water. I needed a plumber fast. Within 30 minutes they were at my front door ready to work. Ruben cleared the main line clogged and Ricardo showed me the issue with the camera. He said i might continue having issues so he spent about 1/2 hour locating where pipes run and where this 'valve' was that may cause issues. Will call again when i have plumbing issues

Found my water heater leaking on a Saturday afternoon. After much negotiation with others at home and working out plans and finances, I ended up making final arrangements at 9pm with Bill Howe. Micheal called me at 8am on Sunday morning and was at my house with a new water heater by 9:15am. Total pro and did excellent work. I am extremely happy with the result. Price is absolutely fair and came in under original quote. Updated us to a number of code items I wasn’t aware of, and did the removal and install in a speedy and clean process. No one wants to find their water heater flooding their garage, but this whole process went very smoothly. I like that the company texts you the name and contact info of the technician (along with a picture) ahead of time. Very professional and high quality. Would definitely recommend in the future.

I had an existing WH problem which resulted in multiple attempts, upon calling I was made aware that my service warranty expired however the problem was fixed with no charge. In addition he provided advice on my clogged dishwasher issue which I resolved based on his recommendation. Will certainly use Speedi Rooter S&D again. Thanks for your service and recommendations!!

I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. Our tankless water heater stopped working and Arnett's was able to come out that same morning to assess. Found water leak in the unit so had to be replaced. Install was set for next day but later found they could fit it in that same day. The installers were very efficient, professional, and clean with the job. Everyone happy not to have to take cold showers and with their work.
