Francisco from Rockstar came to repair my 30 year old natural gas heater. He explained the noise it was making issues. I'd been thinking of replacing it before the winter, we discussed some options, and he had beautiful, quiet York heater installed 2 days later with some additional duct work. I'm using Rockstar from now on!

I rarely bother to give ratings, but I feel that I am obliged to do it this time. I hired Premier Rooting & Plumbing to repair my old two-piece toilet, and when they couldn't remove the top piece because it was stuck so hard, they replaced it with a new Toto toilet (the part that broke was not available) and only charged me their original quote to repair the old one. I was so surprised that they offered to do this. All other plumbers I know would have insisted that I pay the full price to replace with a new toilet.

I highly recommend them and I will use them myself the next time I have a plumbing issue...

We just had our entire new cut in central heat/ac installed. I am beyond happy with work and service provided by everyone on Bill Howe install teams. I can’t say good enough things from the start to finish. Jason not only was very helpful during our intial appointment for quote. Jason also answered any questions I had throughout the process. Samuel and his team of installers were awesome completing the entire job. Samuel answered any questions and concerns I had. He made sure to communicate on any issues and what work they were completing. Jose came in to repair drywall from old wall heater taken out and new opened attic space. Jose was great and very professional. Jose patched up all the drywall and cannot even tell there were any holes before. The electrician hired by Bill Howe Mike Kennedy was great as well. Jacob came out and replaced our water filtration system right away after years of neglect killed our old one. He installed a leak alarm under our sink with it and the same day the alarm warned us that our DISHWASHER was leaking! Who knows what damage to our cabinet we avoided by Jacob installing that alarm! The water filtration is great and you saved us with the alarm! Highly recommend!

Many thanks to Perry Plumbing & Pipelining tech Raul' for arriving promptly to clear our clogged toilet drain (it was flushing incompletely--not draining fully). Raul had to deal with the drain line obstruction from outside the house (at the mainline cleanout). Now, the toilet is flushing properly, and the drains are flowing well. Thanks also to Marjorie for scheduling this service on the weekend. Cost of this service was average/typical (it was after-hours, on a Saturday), but the quality and attention to detail was top-notch. We are very happy and satisfied.

Leo and his team have done multiple jobs(large and small) for our personal home and rental. They're quick to respond and honest about their recommendations to get the job done. I've worked with larger companies in the past and they have all been slower and much more expensive to do the same work. They will also come out quickly if there are any issues that occur after. Great experience! Had a leak in my tub that almost floods the entire house. Promax came in fast, gave us a fair estimate and got it done on time and on budget. First time using but not the last. Highly recommended!

Called frantically in a busted pipe emergency and 805 came to the rescue and SOON too! (in the middle of rush hour). Very competent and informative about warning signs in the future to prevent another corrosion issue. Knock on wood about plumbing problems but if I need to call anyone 805 is first on the list.

Horrible service. The guy told me he should have not been a plumber. They damaged the wall, forced a valve box in the wall. Moved the drain valve so it sticks out of the wall. A total hack job. repairing the washer valves. This has been going on for a month. Run from this company. When the plumber tells you he should have not been a plumber, Believe him!

Drainage work on 1928 Home: Mario and his team did a 1st rate job clearing all my drains. My home hasn't drained well in years. Mario was friendly and provided me with various options to accomplish my goals. Friendly, professional and quickly solved. I am very pleased and will always call him if I ever am in need of a plumber in the future.
