I called Blue Planet to identify the source of a puddle at the lowest point of our property. The technician who came out initially suspected a leak and spent two days trying to find it, to no avail. Blue Planet apologized for the inconvenience and asked their supervisor Joshua to take a second look. Joshua was extremely professional and capable in every way and diagnosed the problem within thirty minutes. He then purchased the required PVC piping supplies and personally designed a solution that would ensure we would not have this puddling problem going forward. Although I was initially frustrated with the two-day search for diagnosis, and the expense associated with that, I’m very satisfied now because the company found the problem, solved the problem, and did not charge me for the initial diagnostics work that did not identify the issue or further remediation. If I have a problem in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Blue Planet Plumbing again and will always ask for Joshua because he’s a highly-skilled plumber, honest, and professional.

I have received excellent service from Bill Howe Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. The last representative that provided me needed support was “Christian.” He was courteous, efficient, and resolved our problem while explaining the source of the problem.

I called them in for a new garbage disposal and they figured out another issue I had that I did know about. They are detail oriented, have great communication and had good prices.

I researched several companies that sell & service tankless water heaters before contacting Arnett's. I currently have a very dependable, efficient tankless Nortiz water heater. I contacted Arnett's for a descaling and flush, since no maintenance has been done for at least 5 years. The tech, Eric, was on time, polite and professional. After an inspection, he informed me that there was quite a bit of corrosion, and hard water deposits, had compromised the integrity of the valves. A simple flush and desacle was not really practical. Replacement of the valves could cost nearly $800-$1000.
Here's where Eric and Arnett really stood out as far as a honest, reputable, company: He suggested not to proceed with the valve replacement, instead, get the most out of this unit, which could even be up to 3 years, then invest in a new unit. It would be far more cost efficient to extend the current unit, then purchase a new one. I sincerely appreciate Eric's honest advice, while saving me money. Having said that, they will be the the first company I call to install a new tankless, when the time comes! I would like to add, that they didn't even charge for a service call!

Do not give your hard earned money to this company. STAY AWAY. They only care about making money and do not care about people. They were hired to work on the apartment below mine. They were doing EXTREMELY loud non-emergency work until 3:00 AM in the morning even after repeated requests from both me and the property manager for them to stop. This is despite it being illegal to do noisy construction after 7:00 PM. It was not until the police showed up that they finally left. After this they still had to return the next day to finish their work.

I called their office to voice my complaint and Linda told me: What's done is done and there's is nothing she can do about it now. As for why her guys worked until 3:00 AM and until police told them to leave, she said it was because they wanted to finish... That is an absurd excuse for breaking the law and working that late. This shows a complete failure in company leadership. Their disregard for me and my family shows how little they care. My wife and I had to go to work the next day on 2 hours of sleep because of this. I work in a high risk enviroment so it is extremely unsafe to work on such little sleep. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS. There are plenty of other businesses' out there who do honest work and care about affecting others.

Horrible service. The guy told me he should have not been a plumber. They damaged the wall, forced a valve box in the wall. Moved the drain valve so it sticks out of the wall. A total hack job. repairing the washer valves. This has been going on for a month. Run from this company. When the plumber tells you he should have not been a plumber, Believe him!

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
