I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. We just had a very positive experience with Arnett’s. Phillip came out for our annual tankless hot water heater flush. When he saw calcium deposits forming on the hot water pipes exiting the heater, he asked if it would be okay to remove the cover panel to see how things looked on the inside. He was concerned that it appeared that our system was on its last legs, and if he were to do the flush, it might cause a leak, which he wanted to avoid. He recommended that instead of doing the flush, it would be better to run the system until it dies, and then spend the money on a new system when needed instead. There was no charge for the service today. Phillip was courteous, honorable, and timely. There is no doubt that we will call Arnett’s when it is time to replace our tankless hot water heater.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
