These guys waited until the last minute and then came through with some crazy unit pricing that was unreasonable. The plumber who came out said he was doing the estimate but when I asked for detail he said the office wouldn't let him change it. No one in the office was available to speak to me. This was clearly a scam knowing that we had other contractors waiting on them to complete their work. I will never use these guys again!

Gave me an easy-to-understand briefing on what was done before and what he fixed. I was very happy but it wasn't as big of an issue that's all right thought it was. No pipes had to be removed.
