Best Faucet Replacement in Chula Vista CA

I called Blue planet to get my sink unclogged. They came and the guy (Mike) totally misdiagnosed the simple clog into a major problem. His attitude towards my reaction was very unprofessional and he even tried to charge me for the quote. He told me You have to pay me!!! I was shocked to see the lack of work ethic and the poor customer service he was delivering. I hope the owner of this company re-evaluates his employees and see the lack of professionalism they have. Total shame.

Miguel assisted installing new plumbing for a 500 Sf addition, assisted through permit, testing and inspection by City of Carlsbad. He also assisted with the installation of new fixtures, running new lines, repairs from construction damage, retrofitting and replacing old connections. He ran & rerouted a gas line as well for my fireplace. All work was pressure tested, leak tested and met code requirements. He had clear invoice processing and kept me informed and involved every step of the way. I’d recommend Miguel for any plumbing project! Also, did a ton of spec stuff and was very generous with his time.

Quick resolution to my plumbing issue. Reasonable cost in comparison to other plumbers. Will definitely keep them in my contacts to use again.

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

I have used G Brothers for plumbing issues with a rental property, and they have always been on time, easy to work with and reasonably priced, with excellent work. I just completed a major remodel/addition for my own master suite, I used them for all the plumbing needs. This included everything from running new plumbing, relocating clean-outs and drains, and installation of shower and vanity fixtures. As well, they provided solution consultation that saved me a lot of money. They did all I asked, on time, under budget. Love these guys, and highly recommend them.

I Needed a new water heater in my home. Armondo was recommended from a friend. He was quick to arrive and diagnose the problem. He was able to order and install the water heater the same day! It was just in time for my in laws who were visiting from out of state. Fast, friendly, and affordable. I would highly recommend cover all plumbing. 10/10

I cannot recommend Arnett’s water systems enough. From the customer service, to the excellent work they provided. My water heater was malfunctioning and I called Arnett’s and spoke to Andrea on a Wednesday evening, and they had someone ready to come out the next morning to replace my water heater with a tankless. Tony, the technician did an awesome job. He was professional, and incredibly clean. I could not be happier with my experience.
