We had a water heater emergency and had called several plumbers to give us a quote to replace our leaking water heater. We had a mess and no water.
The next morning we had a parade of plumbers come to give us quotes...then Mr. Tito Dueñas from Blue Planet, came and he looked at our problem and knew right away what had to be done and he noticed that there were some things that also needed attention. He gave his quote and gave us the time we needed to decide what we were going to do. Once we decided to move forward, he got busy right away. Soon, we once again had running hot water and now we have a plumber that we can recommend, also one that we can depend on if we have another emergency...

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. Chris fixed a very stubborn clog in both home that affected two toilets, a bathtub and shower. I had another company come out prior and they said I needed to replace both toilets.Chris solved the problem in a short time. I really appreciate his work.He was very professional, respectful and persistent. He has a wonderful Irish accents too.

We had a water line leak under the house. Al from BPI Plumbing arrived timely. He quickly identified the area of concern and completed repairs within the time estimated. Al was able to further identify opportunities to avoid additional issues and implemented a design change to correct an flaw in how the piping was routed. I called and talked with Jacob the night I found a leak above my water heater. I am happy to say he offered to come that night. But since I had already shut the water off it was not an emergency so i had Jacob come the following morning. He was on time and was very polite and explained the work to me that needed to be done. Not long later When the leak was fixed I was very impressed on how fast the job was completed I offered him 3 other repairs I needed done, he was happy to accept my challenge. I must say he complete all the work from my list and I am very happy to say I'm a very satisfied customer. I will use Jacob again in the future. Thank you Jacob good job!

I initially found Coverall Plumbing on a FB neighborhood page and I'm glad I reached out. Armando's response time was great. He was really friendly and very informative. He addressed the three issues I had (wobbly toilet, leaking hot water knob, stove gas line) and was honest about them. He also accommodated my schedule, which I really appreciate! The team, with Perry Plumbing arrived on time, listened to our concerns, did a assessment on the original work done on our shower remodel. The shower nozzle as well as the on/off wasn’t originally done with integrity. They worked on it for some time, then went to purchase a diamond drill bit to get the job done correctly. They took great care, they left the area clean and we’re excellent with there communication as well as extremely polite. I apologize this review should have been completed on 4/10, family matters postponed our review. We will always use Perry Plumbing they don’t only show up, they don’t leave until it is done correctly. We thank you for that.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
