Lendale was a pleasure. He was courteous, professional, and did a wonderful job. I have not been able to wash dishes in my kitchen sink for 3 weeks. I tried all sorts of youtube “fixes” and wasted so much time. Lendale came over and fixed my clog in one hour. You could tell he enjoys his job and will go above and beyond to finish the job. I had an emergency at 7 pm on a weeknight last week. Contacted a plumber I knew who had previously worked on my house, Frankie, and he said he would come help me. It turns out he now works for BPI, which he did not tell me until he got to my house. He provided no contract for replacing my water heater, said he was not going to run the job through the company because it was a side job for him, and gave me no receipt for payment after I gave him a check. For some reason, the bank refused to cash the check I gave him, so the BPI office called me to collect payment via credit card over the phone. I was charged $3500 dollars for replacing my 40 gallon tank gas water heater. The company dispatcher who called me for payment insisted that is a fair, going rate. Yet, every other company says this should have been about $2000-2500 tops for the after hours service. I asked for an itemized receipt, but all they gave me was a receipt for plumbing for $3500. They did not even mention replacing the water heater on the receipt! There was no itemization or justification for the charges on the receipt. I think my vulnerability as a single female with a plumbing emergency was preyed upon, and I was ripped off. The technician did not use drip cloths and made a total mess in my house. To top it all off, I just found out that a permit is required for changing a hot water heater in CA. I did not know this, and BPI Plumbing said NOTHING to me about needing a permit. Now, I am going to have to figure out how to get a retroactive permit and pay for it, ON TOP OF the $3500 I already paid BPI. I unfortunately made an extremely expensive mistake with this company, and I will never contact them to do work in my home again.

Speedi Rooter is a company I will save in my files and use any time I need plumbing services again. They graciously moved my appointment ahead of others to work on a hot-water slab leak in my home. They were courteous and efficient - showed up when they said they would (even earlier once!) and got the job done in record time.

OMG, STAY AWAY from these guys!! Jose Joe Garcia is a very unprofessional and unscrupulous person. I received their bill and they charged me over $20,000 to make a repair at my home. What?!?! Are You Kidding Me ?! I thought it was a mistake. I contacted a different plumber and they provided a quote for half the price for the same work!

It seems that Jose Joe Garcia was charging me above and beyond what is fair and reasonable. What a disgrace to the profession. He is not a plumber, he is a rip-off artist!

When I asked for justification of his cost, he produced an accounting for labor that did not match. For example, he claimed that teams of individuals were at my property making repairs on a daily basis. But in reality, when I checked and documented the daily progress, I discovered that no workers were ever present on the claimed days. He lied about the labor hours worked in order to justify his outrageous invoice.

My biggest regret was hiring them. I only wish that I could erase this whole episode from my memory and forget that Above and Beyond Plumbing ever existed!

Armando and his crew were AMAZING!!! We had major sewer repair work done and they were able to get the job done quickly, at a grate rate, and finished ON TIME. Just like any large job there were complications that came up but he went the extra mile to insure it was resolved quickly and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Really a great company and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I call them for an urgent water pipe burst in my attic. The plumber name Adam can out in a timely manner. I wasn't sure of the location of my water shut off valves in which he assistance finding.

Showed Adam the location of the repair and from the time he arrived to leaving was about 30 minutes. Job completed, leak check satisfactory and on he went. Also he even informed me about the difference of grade copper pipping.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
