I will highly recommend Blue planet Drains and plumbing, I had a leak under my sink I called a few other company's and they gave me these outrageous fees , I called Blue planet Drains and Plumbing and they provided me with a reasonable fee. They sent their plumber he came to my home explained everything to me and was able to fix my problem that same day .I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family .

We live in the backhouse to a to a big front house with plumbing issues. These guys prioritized are backyard flooding, and spent 2 whole days fixing the situation. Had a couple of setbacks that they charged through fearlessly, and ultimately provided excellent service with a more than satisfactory outcome. Would hire these guys for any plumbing job, very hard workers who are very honest. Mario and his crew were top tier

James Padgett was great! He was knowledgeable of my water issue and was able to fix it immediately once he had the part. We recently bought an older home and plumbing was one of the first things we did to get it inspected since it’s cast iron pipes. We reached out to multiple plumbing companies and it wasn’t until we met Joe that we knew we wanted to go with them. It’s hard to find a company where you know they aren’t just trying to take your money and add on extra charges and fees. Joe and his crew were very professional and very honest people. They were super friendly and literally went above and beyond. They epoxylined our pipes and also fixed our kitchen line. They found a crack that our first inspectors never saw. I would recommend them to anyone as well as have them come back for any maintenance as needed.

In order to clear our main drain line Walter said they couldnt determine the problem unless we pay for installation of a two way clean out, or agree to a $2,000 two man jetting, neither of which would clear the line, just so they could determine the problem. All sell no fix. Sell sell sell. Not interested.

Called 805 at 11 AM sunday, Carlos showed up two hours later. After looking around he says he needs help and is going to go eat lunch while waiting for another guy. Three hours later he calls and tells me that he can't do the job because nine out of ten houses have a clean-out and mine doesn't. He advises me to call someone else. Thanks for wasting my day.

This company has saved me so many times. They are on top of my needs and always seem to provide a very fair estimate on all projects. I have used other plumbers but always seem to go back to Drain Medic when it matters most. Linda is extremely friendly, professional and accommodating, but their whole team deserves credit, really. Their overnight service provides me with peace of mind too.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
