Had you explained it before I booked the appointment, I would've changed my time slot.

Then there's your Manager. Do you seriously think she handled this situation professionally? She waited about 5 minutes after I posted my concerns on the internet and cancelled my appointment without providing any reason. That's just rude, because I have been waiting the entire time. Had i known this was going to happen, I would've contacted another plumber.

And it is also rude to talk over when someone is already talking on the phone, maybe she needs a refresher on how to communicate with customers? That's just simple phone etiquette, she made it clear that she didnt care anymore on what I had to say.

Joe and his team did a large plumbing job, replacing old cast iron pipes with all new drains as well as installing a laundry hookup. They did a great job!
