Horrible service. The guy told me he should have not been a plumber. They damaged the wall, forced a valve box in the wall. Moved the drain valve so it sticks out of the wall. A total hack job. repairing the washer valves. This has been going on for a month. Run from this company. When the plumber tells you he should have not been a plumber, Believe him!

I called Eastlake plumbing and asked for a quote to fix a valve for an ice maker. They told me to send a picture to forward to a technician. After doing so I was called back immediately with a quote and then scheduled my repair. I got a call 10 min later saying they could be at my home earlier and showed up 10 min later, completed the repair the price was the same as quoted and the technician was top notch and finished the repair very quickly. Overall great job by Eastlake plumbing.

My experience was very disappointing. My understanding was the estimate / determination of the Water Leak was free. Technician looked at the ceiling and all the interior walls, before he would look at the exterior wall, where we leak was coming from, he refused to proceed without $225.00. - how can you provide a FREE estimate if you are unsure of what needs to be done?
