I was given a 2-hour service technician arrival window. That arrival window was only 2 hours from the time I phoned them. And since it was a toilet issue, I was super happy that the technician phoned to say he would be about an hour early. I had thought that the clogging of my toilet was at least as bad as usual in my-year-old house. But the technician could see that it was merely toilet paper and didn't make it seem worse than it was just to get my money. I was not charged for him coming out. With that honesty, I was able to unclog it myself. Because of the honesty, I would call them again for another issue because I don't believe they would upsell me unethically.

Miguel did a great job and was very easy to work with. He came out, discussed options with me and gave a detailed and itemized estimate. On the day of work he was on time and installed everything cleanly. He cares about how the end product looks and doesn’t cut corners. He’s also a nice guy and taught me a lot about plumbing. I’ll definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing need.

We had a water line leak under the house. Al from BPI Plumbing arrived timely. He quickly identified the area of concern and completed repairs within the time estimated. Al was able to further identify opportunities to avoid additional issues and implemented a design change to correct an flaw in how the piping was routed. Look elsewhere if you have a small home job as these guys clearly don't want to do them. I'm only wondering why they decided to waste my time by even coming over for a quote? Just say no over the phone if the job is too small!

Everyone from his crew were super friendly and did a great job; told me he’s been working with them for more than ten years. They were able to finish in about a week and my wife and I are happy with the results. Will definitely reach out to Elias again in for my future construction needs.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
