My experience with BPI is excellent. I manage some properties and use BPI because of their responsiveness, honesty, reliability, and reasonable rates. A couple of years ago, I got the call that property mangers dread....On Christmas Eve, there was a massive leak in a condo. I called BPI and they sent out a plumber who was able to resolve the issue quickly and he fully explained the issues to my satisfaction. Then, I got the bill and it was VERY fair, especially considering it was Christmas Eve. I can't say enough good things about BPI.

I highly recommend R&J Plumbing and Drains. I called regarding an issue with my garbage disposal and Raul came out the same day, fixed the issue quickly, and charged a reasonable price. I will be using him for future plumbing needs. He was on time, friendly, and honest.

Called them up around 3pm and were able to come out by 430pm. Victor came out and installed a new water heater and had me back up and running same night before dinner! Super professional and reliable. Straight forward with no BS! I found my new go to plumber.

We purchased a home and almost immediately learned we had some major plumbing issues that had not been disclosed to us. We are so lucky to have found Drain Masters Plumbing! Zeke, Mitch, and Tony rushed to our aid when we called for some emergent plumbing issues. All three gentlemen were very informative, knowledgeable, and were very detailed in their work and explanations to us. We could not be more grateful for these guys! Highly recommend.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
