Miguel, sorry I had to create another post however, I need to point out some other concerns. If that is how you conduct your business when it comes to arrival time, then it's fine, Nick would've technically made it a little bit under the scheduled time. Had you explained it before I booked the appointment, I would've changed my time slot.

Then there's your Manager. Do you seriously think she handled this situation professionally? She waited about 5 minutes after I posted my concerns on the internet and cancelled my appointment without providing any reason. That's just rude, because I have been waiting the entire time. Had i known this was going to happen, I would've contacted another plumber.

And it is also rude to talk over when someone is already talking on the phone, maybe she needs a refresher on how to communicate with customers? That's just simple phone etiquette, she made it clear that she didnt care anymore on what I had to say.

Thank you so much for helping my mother out at her home in National City, at 3 in the morning. Having a pipe burst on you is no fun especially in the middle of the night. My experience with BPI is excellent. I manage some properties and use BPI because of their responsiveness, honesty, reliability, and reasonable rates. A couple of years ago, I got the call that property mangers dread....On Christmas Eve, there was a massive leak in a condo. I called BPI and they sent out a plumber who was able to resolve the issue quickly and he fully explained the issues to my satisfaction. Then, I got the bill and it was VERY fair, especially considering it was Christmas Eve. I can't say enough good things about BPI.

Ray has taken excellent care of a variety of plumbing challenges at my house for years. I have referred him to others and they have also been very happy with his expertise.

These guys waited until the last minute and then came through with some crazy unit pricing that was unreasonable. The plumber who came out said he was doing the estimate but when I asked for detail he said the office wouldn't let him change it. No one in the office was available to speak to me. This was clearly a scam knowing that we had other contractors waiting on them to complete their work. I will never use these guys again!

Jacob came out and replaced our water filtration system right away after years of neglect killed our old one. He installed a leak alarm under our sink with it and the same day the alarm warned us that our DISHWASHER was leaking! Who knows what damage to our cabinet we avoided by Jacob installing that alarm! The water filtration is great and you saved us with the alarm! Highly recommend!

I was referred to straightline plumbing by a friend. They installed a water heater and repaired some of the associated piping for us. They did a great job and the price was more than fair. I will definitely keep their number close by.
