Good service but no communication

This was my first time using Pablo and PSP. He did an excellent job, super responsive and had the knowledge and tools to get the job done swimmingly. I thought he was a little pricey but to get the job done right and professionally the first time is worth it IMO. I will definitely add him to my stable of preferred professionals for sure.

I definitely have to give Ed Weathersby a 5 STAR. I had a bad situation that involved old pipes that could have literally turned out deadly. Ed came in, evaluating the situation, explained to us what was going on, Ed took the old pipes out, replaced with all new pipes. Most important, Ed was VERY knowledgeable in what he was doing, he communicated with us every step of the way, so we was aware of everything that was going on. Even when the gas people came out, they gave a compliment to whoever put in the new pipes. If you are looking for a good plumber, please use

Great service and attention to detail.

There was a leak in my downstairs neighbor's bathroom ceiling. I called yesterday afternoon, and first thing this morning, I had a plumber. He was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. Although fixing the toilet addressed the issue, he did check to make sure the sink and shower were not creating an issue. I hope I don't need a plumber again, but I will call REI Plumbing if I do.

Tom was late to the appointment, although he did keep me notified as to when he was coming. I was about to cancel and I am glad I didn’t. Thought this was a simple job but it was not. He had tried two different remedies, none of which worked. He let me know the contractor that did my kitchen installed the pipes incorrectly and he couldn’t get to the clog with traditional methods. He finally used a tool that removed the clog. He worked upstairs and down, being very thorough. Also cleaned up and was reasonable with the charge. Also he was honest about something else I thought I needed done, he said probably not. Would definitely recommend using Blue Line.

I had a big problem at home with completely clogged bathtub. That was in the evening and we couldn't even use it. I called this company and the plumber named Ben came and did the miracle job. I say miracle, because there was a problem with access to the pipes, since we live in quite old building.Ben, as well as the office lady were very nice and professional. The whole service was fast and they were courteous enough to waive some fee for us.I will definitely call the again if any plumbing issue should occur in the future!
