Best Water Heater Leaking Water in Chicago IL

Roto Rooter did a fantastic job in rerouting my sewer line which collapsed. They also helped me understand all the issues & helped with the filing of my insurance claim. I have used the company in the past for other work & always a great job. Quick turnaround. Highly recommend.I would like to add to my original review. Although they did a fantastic job, getting in touch after payment was made was nearly impossible. I had issues with my insurance company & it took forever & ridiculous amount of my time calling them just for a reply. This unfortunately made me lower my review. Good plumbers, bad customer service after payment.

I called in a bind, and Jesus was incredibly responsive, walked me through the issue, repaired it after providing transparency into the issue and cost, and then worked magic on our sewer situation. Would use him and this company again in a heartbeat!

I had a great experience with First Chicago Plumbing. They were able to give me an accurate quote before coming in and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. The plumber that came was very helpful and professional and explained everything he was doing. The price was reasonable especially compared to other plumbers in the area and the service was great.

We've used Doc Mechanical a few times now for various plumbing issues in our home. I appreciate how professional and neat they are but also how they explain things to us non-plumbers! We also appreciate their honesty and while I don't have a whole lot to compare to, I believe their pricing is affordable. Hopefully we won't need to use them for a while but will definitely call them when needed!
