Best Water Heater Leaking in Chicago IL

I called Roto-Rooter to remove a blockage in my main from roots. I have had less than stellar results with other plumbing companies in the past and I have started renting equipment to clear it myself, but I couldn't get it cleared this time. Called Friday at 9 AM, somebody was at my door within about an hour. Eddie (#1617) and Tim came by. Eddie is obviously very talented and experienced. He had a camera on his truck, got it along with the electric auger and started to go to work.Having the camera plus the auger allowed him to scope the drain for multiple root locations and at one point, they had the auger going in from one location and the camera going in from another so he could essentially see what he was doing. There was a root ball that was hard to get at and he worked it back and forth until it was cleared. There was no way anybody could do the job they did without a camera.Was very impressed with Eddie and Tim, they were very professional and fun to be with. I'm a big DIY guy and really enjoyed watching them. I will be calling Roto-Rooter in 9 months with the roots grow back!

Chicagoland Quality Plumbing Inc Informed me after feeding a camera down my main sewer that my main line from my house and the sewer line from the city had separated causing sewage back up into my home. Edwin unclogged my sewer line and recommend adding a sewer clean out on the outside of my home. He was knowledgeable, very professional, and confirmed the issue causing my problem before making his recommendations. I highly recommend this company. Id give more stars if I was able to.

Awesome Plumbing Service

I had a big problem at home with completely clogged bathtub. That was in the evening and we couldn't even use it. I called this company and the plumber named Ben came and did the miracle job. I say miracle, because there was a problem with access to the pipes, since we live in quite old building.Ben, as well as the office lady were very nice and professional. The whole service was fast and they were courteous enough to waive some fee for us.I will definitely call the again if any plumbing issue should occur in the future!

This crew was timely, knowledgeable, and honest. When they found an issue--they helped connect me directly with the city so they could come out and assess where they need to repair. I'm grateful for their quick help.
