I would never use Walter for a large job. He ended collecting over $30,000 in prepayment for a job I've been trying to get him to complete for 6 1/2 months now...

If you're foolish enough to trust this man with money, make sure you have everything in writing including firm prices, timelines, and consequences or be prepared for heartache.

He just sent me an invoice 7 months after starting the job with drastically different prices than what was agreed to ahead of time. It looks like I have to take him to court. Apparently, I'm not the first customer that's had to pursue legal recourse against Walter.

He will try and take advantage of you if you trust him. Make sure everything is explicitly stated and written down or be prepared to have Walter Zuniga and Zuniga Plumbing exploit you.

These guys are amazing! Extremely personable and professional. We are newer homeowners, and new to the whole catch basin system. William and his dad came out and not only cleaned out our catch basin and hydro jetted our pipes, but they patiently answered our many questions about how the whole system works. I highly recommend Mat. the owner of Full Circle plumbing. We had a leaky kitchen sink and water had made its way into the crawl space. A quick call to Matt, and he came by the next morning for a check and estimate. They guys did a professional job. Mat also offered to replace the kitchen faucet for no extra cost!!! He is awesome, quick, very responsive and efficient. He will be our go to guy for all plumbing needs.

It is so hard to find a reliable and honest plumbing company. Bubba & Wayne was recommended to us by a friend; It was a great recommendation. Placed a call on a Sunday and they returned my call first thing Monday morning. (This was not an emergency). I loved the fact that they always communicated with us. Kudos to their very sweet receptionist. There was no wondering if they were going to call us back or when they would show up. We had four gentlemen who solved our problem. They were very, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will use this company again for all our plumbing needs and I will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you, we are up and running again (as in all our water is running where it should be running...into the sewer).

We had a very bad experience with Ashland Plumbing when Ron came out to connect a refrigerator water line and check a seal on a toilet. At Ron's suggestion we also replaced all of the inner mechanisms in the toilet tank (flappers, valves, et cetera) on two Toto toilets as a preventative maintenance measure. Turns out after connecting the fridge, Ron never turned the water back on. After we figured this out and turned the water back on, we discovered that the connection Ron made leaked. Also, the toilet that was working fine when Ron arrived, was now running non-stop since the replaced the innards. We had him come back out and he charged us for fixing his error with the refrigerator and the toilet. They also charged not just for the time he was here, but for the driving time from their shop. Less than $150 in materials and $900 in labor. When we objected to the fee for the second service trip, they were very argumentative, rude and unaccommodating. Be aware that they will start charging $166/hour when they get in their vehicle and not when they arrive.
