Best Unclogging Sewer in Chicago IL

This was my first time using the service. Although I did not have an emergency, my kitchen sink was not draining well due to a problem with the garbage disposal. They were able to send someone within a couple days.
And, they probably would have been quicker if I had labeled it as urgent.

Pete and Noah showed up on time. They were friendly, polite, and informative. They installed a new garbage disposal which has been working perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work. They completely cleaned up after themselves as well

I will use this plumbing service in the future.

Pete and his son were very professional, on time, and prompt to finish their work. All issues were resolved correctly and without any issues. Definitely recommend.

Called them on October 14th with an emergency.
My sewer line was clogged.
Jeremy came out a few hours later and rodded out the main.
Took a couple of tries but got it cleared.
Jeremy cleaned the area and left.
Will definitely use them again in the future.

Joe is the best! Extremely fair pricing, phenomenal workmanship and such an immense amount of knowledge that he left us with. We’ve already used him on two separate occasions and will continue to use his services for any and all plumbing needs.
If you’re looking for someone to do really really great work and be honest with you this is who you need.

Horrible:
- Arrived very late. Service was scheduled for 10am, and they didn't arrive until 12pm. No time window was provided, either
- Unresponsive. The manager was supposedly always in a meeting and couldn't answer the phone
- Lack integrity. While the plumber was present and had already inspected the issue, I was told a repair would require switching a standard Chicago faucet. An hour later, the story was switched to needing a special order faucet

I have used Ashland plumbing professionally and personally! They are truly amazing people to work with . They are very professional and respond in a timely matter. I worked with Nick and he is a true gem! Not only he fixed the problem that I had but he suggested other things that needed to be done and took care of them.His attitude and professionalism needs to be recognized. Terrible. Had a leaky kitchen sink. Came out and said they needed a part and they would have to come back. 2 days went by, nobody communicated with me, rude, terrible service, not timely, no sense of urgency, 2 days later, my sink is still leaking and I have to start over and hire someone else. Save yourself the hassle, don't do it.
