Best Sump Pump Installation Specialist in Chicago IL

As a first time and new landlord, i’m still learning the ropes everything from finding quality appliances to repair and maintenance people who can live up to their hype. I’m happy to say I found a plumber Kavana’s plumbing & heating.
One of my tenants notified me that they had a problem in the bathroom, after hiring 2 separate plumbers who could not fix the problem I found Kavana’s plumbing & heating online.
I gave them a call they said they can be there within the hour and they were.
After looking at the problem they explain to me how they was going to fix it and what the cost would be. I agreed with their price and he went straight to work, 45 minutes later the problem was fixed the tenant was happy and so was I.
The next time I have plumbing problems Kavana’s plumbing & heating Will be my first call.
If you have plumbing problems and need an expert plumber at a fair price make Kavana’s your first call you will be happy you did.

We had our catch basin cleaned. They were responsive and did a tremendous job. Highly recommend. Jeremy, in particular, was great to work with.

This was my first time using Pablo and PSP. He did an excellent job, super responsive and had the knowledge and tools to get the job done swimmingly. I thought he was a little pricey but to get the job done right and professionally the first time is worth it IMO. I will definitely add him to my stable of preferred professionals for sure.

I woke up this morning and I was devastated as I walked down into my basement and noticed that we had standing water on our floors. I wasn't sure who to call. So I went to Google and that's when I reached out to Chicago Water Heater and Pump Specialists. Sam the plumber who came out was extremely professional, prompt, wore PPE and was able to diagnose and resolve our situation quickly. He replaced our sewer pump and corroded metal lid. Prices were fair, work was done the same day, and he even cleaned the area which was a nasty mess. I highly recommend this company and ask for Sam To handle all your plumbing needs.

Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.

I paid $95 to John to diagnosis my sewer gas smell in my house which can be hazardous. He did not provide a diagnosis for what my issue was, mainly gave me a bunch of “maybe it’s this” or “maybe it’s this” or your house is just old and your going to have to replace the whole main pipe through the house resolve the issue. This was all in a span of 15 min and I gave $95 for this service call, so basically was left with more questions than answers. I even started to question my career choice, and thought about going into plumbing business and tell 9 out of 10 people what he said and make a quick $95 in 15 min. On the contrary, with Kennedy Plumbing located in Alsip, they were able to come in and find out what was going on and why I was getting the smell. They found out it was the P trap in the ground and gave a few options and how I can contain the smell until I’m ready to do the repair. Again, I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing!
