Trevor was fantastic. He was on time, polite, listened to all my concerns, and made me feel heard. He explained everything and put me at ease. Edwin provided excellent service and was very responsive! Our floor drain backed up and Edwin was able to quickly come to our house and fix the issue. He was extremely professional and wore a mask the entire time. I would definitely recommend Chicagoland Quality Plumbing to my friends and family.

I had a huge plumbing issue last Saturday. I called a few different companies and wasn't satisfied. Called Bert and showed up 30 mins later. He tried rooting Saturday night. Sunday morning and Monday. Finally found a LARGE root had taken over the main line about 50'. Out. He made it his priority to get the line open and then replaced the bad sections. Greatly thankful for his hard work and service. Installed a cleanout because I didn't have one. Great service and the quality of the service second to none. I highly recommend them.

fantastic work from Shannon and the company. When an appointment cancelled before my original appointment, they contacted and offered an earlier appointment. Repairmen wear booties over their shoes. Rather than charge me for another trip, they had another fix person drive down the garbage disposal I wanted. No water on my floors or counters. Estimate provided before work began. Environmentally with only electronic receipts.

Horrible service! We paid almost 5K to fix a sewer problem and we are still having issues. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Don’t waste your time.

My water heater was leaking so I went through my home insurance to make a claim. Home insurance sends out these clowns. 4S plumbing reports back to my insurance that the water heater needs to be replaced and that I need $415 in other parts not covered by the insurance company. I wasn’t there when the new water heater got installed. They did replace the water heater but also made out with $415.
The tech told me the $415 was for labor. Scammers.
The insurance covers the labor. All I should of payed was the deductible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If you do read good reviews it’s probably them that are writing them.

They were fast and responsive; i.e., responded and fixed my furnace issue within 6 hours of my phone call for service. The person they sent was both nice and very knowledgeable. Just short of a couple on-site hours he fixed my furnace issue and solved a fireplace problem too.
