Best Sewer Line Repair Specialist in Chicago IL

First time home owner, called this place late at night since it says 24/7 service. Talked to Henry Wright and explained what was wrong and he told me multiple things that could’ve been wrong. We tested a couple things. I send him pictures and we solved my clogged sump pump. He walked me step by step over the phone. He knew exactly what he was talking about. Definitely recommend Henry Wright.

Called them on October 14th with an emergency.
My sewer line was clogged.
Jeremy came out a few hours later and rodded out the main.
Took a couple of tries but got it cleared.
Jeremy cleaned the area and left.
Will definitely use them again in the future.

Wow!!!! What an amazing company!!!! I would give them 10 starts if I could. We recently purchased a house in December and with in a few weeks it reeked like sewer. We had multiple company’s come out, no one could fix the problem but of course they charged us for work we didn’t need and didn’t fit the smell. We have a 18 month old, our new house smelled so bad it was giving me a headache. Thomas came out and he was determined to figure out what was causing the sewer smell. He was able to figure it out and they fixed it!!! They showed me what they were going to do and told me what the total would be for the work. They were very professional, reliable, friendly and honest( which is hard to come by in plumbers) I would highly recommend them. During the installation process, Sam was very meticulous, providing a seamless experience. Sam was WONDERFUL, he was clean, efficient and wore his mask and shoe booties without me even asking. He took the time to answer all my repetitive questions and I felt confident he truly loved this business and wanted to look out for his customers best interests. I will absolutely call this company again if I run into trouble but that won't be for a long time because it was finally fixed right! I paid $95 to John to diagnosis my sewer gas smell in my house which can be hazardous. He did not provide a diagnosis for what my issue was, mainly gave me a bunch of “maybe it’s this” or “maybe it’s this” or your house is just old and your going to have to replace the whole main pipe through the house resolve the issue. This was all in a span of 15 min and I gave $95 for this service call, so basically was left with more questions than answers. I even started to question my career choice, and thought about going into plumbing business and tell 9 out of 10 people what he said and make a quick $95 in 15 min. On the contrary, with Kennedy Plumbing located in Alsip, they were able to come in and find out what was going on and why I was getting the smell. They found out it was the P trap in the ground and gave a few options and how I can contain the smell until I’m ready to do the repair. Again, I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing!
