Best Sewer Backflow Prevention in Chicago IL

I had a problem with the sewer backing up in my basement apartment. I called Roto Rooter and they had someone there within a couple of hours. The technician Chris called to let me know when he would arrive, and he was right on time and got right to work. He was able to get the problem resolved and cleaned up the mess. He called his supervisor who suggested doing some more preventive work, and Chris stayed the extra time to make sure I don't have this problem again. Great experience, I will definitely use Roto Rooter again.

Friendly, competent and fair prices

I recently called Plumbers 911 because I was having trouble with my sump pump. They responded very quickly and were very professional. I then contacted them again because my garbage disposal broke. Once again they responded quickly. I highly recommend Plumbers 911!

John was great from the beginning. Before we even hired him, I sent John some pictures of some work my neighbor was having done very close to my property line and John came out that day to make sure the other company wasn't interfering with anything on my end and he was actually able to get the city inspector over the same day just to double check the neighbors work as well. As far as my work goes, John and his guys did amazing work. Only took them 2 days to finish installing a flapper(parital flood control system) in my front yard. I would 100% recommend John @ Loves Plumbing and Sewer. I am actually going to hire him again soon to install plumbing for a new bathroom in our basement.

I called Mike after hearing about him from a neighbor. I had a different neighbor let me know about a leak into her unit. I set up a time for him to come by and take a look. He showed up on time, wore gloves while he worked and was able to confirm the “O” ring needed to be replaced. He was done in under an hour! He then checked to make sure it filled and flushed properly. I highly recommend.
