As a matter of fact, they originally stated they couldn’t get someone out until noon and then they called back at about 10 am and stated they had someone who could come out immediately. This was important to us since we have 2 small children and couldn’t use the bathtub. I only took off one star because of the price. That part I believe was outrageous; however, the professionalism and quickness of the company to get out to our house was fabulous.
