Best Repair Underground Water Line in Chicago IL

Plumber (Charles) came out to look at a water fountain at my business. He sent me an email a few days after with a quote and what needed to be done. I responded to his email three times and never received a response. I've called 4 times to schedule him or another plumber to come out to fix it and have been told each time someone will call me back to schedule a time. It's been a month now and still no one has reached out to get this fixed. No one can help me when I call their number and they continue to tell me to wait for them to reach out. Don't waste your time with this company.

I just moved into a house and notice water on the kitchen floor. I googled plumbers and chose this company because of the reviews. Everyone was saying how knowledgeable and friendly they were. I experienced Mannie and I must tell you he is the best! I felt like I’ve known him for years and he is so knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, mind you he came for my kitchen sink but gave me tons of information from how to keep pipes clear and flowing to thermostat settings, weather proof doors to hot water heater longevity. Michael came out this morning to repair our ejector pump that has been giving us issues for some time now. He was on time, quick and didn't charge us extra money for being in such a rush. Will use again for any future plumbing repairs.

Matt fixed our sink. We called him after seeing good reviews, and he responded super quickly. He saved us a lot of money by fixing something we thought we would have to replace. He also was able to work with our schedule, and really makes an effort to make the process as easy on you as possible. We will definitely call again the next time we need a plumber!
