A homeowner’s nightmare scenario: both sump and ejector pumps fail at night during a heavy storm. The water alarm system put in place fails. We wake up to inches of water flooding our finished basement.Solution: Roto-Rooter single-handily saved the day. In under two hours from the first call we had replaced both pumps and started moving forward with fixing this. They turned a nightmare scenario into something manageable. If possible, please avoid this company like the plague. They have no sense of professionalism or courtesy. We have dealt with them on multiple occasions before and actually had to hire a different group of plumbers to assess the situation. We have them the information of where we were told the leak was by a group that can actually do their jobs.They completely disregarded our comments and continued to do whatever work they deemed “correct”. We are only using them because the home owners association is forcing us to even though they have not been able to solve this problem for the past year and a half. They also just destroyed our entire shower wall because they are still unable to find the problem. 0/10
