I reached out to Vanguard about providing a quote for a gas line installation/extension for a natural gas grill. I wanted the pipe to run from my existing mechanical room gas line and end in a shutoff valve under the deck.

Jan responded promptly with a fair quote that came in a decent amount under the other quote I received.

Alan—the technician who did the work—was friendly and punctual, and he did a great job. A little over a week after Alan finished the job, I assembled the grill and then realized that there was a small issue with how the grill would hook up to the gas line as-is. I reached out to Jan, and Alan took care of it the same day free of charge.

I'd definitely work with Vanguard again if any additional plumbing needs arise.
