I recently hired Vanguard for the second time (for an issue unrelated to the first) and both were very positive experiences. I talked with Jan to schedule the job. He communicated promptly and clearly and asked for a bunch of pictures of various pipes and fixtures so he could make an accurate estimate. On the day of, the plumber George (who had done the first job as well) showed up on time, respected the space in terms of shoe coverings and a mask, and effectively communicated the problems, his solutions, and any related choices that I needed to make. He was honest when the job went more quickly than estimated and cost less than the estimate. I appreciate that because it means I can trust him in the future if a job goes long and he has to charge me more than estimated.

My condo's plumbing is a gosh darn mess and I'm definitely going to call Vanguard the next time something goes wrong.

Response to my problem was quick. Bryan was professional and explained each step he was performing. He answered all my questions in a language I could understand. Overall, it was a great experience during an awful time.

Aiden and Chuck just did a water valve replacement & pipe repair on our condo assoc main water valve. They came within 45 minutes of us calling them to quote us, and were able to accommodate next day service to repair & replace our water valve that wasn't turning off. What we paid was exactly what they quoted us, we felt they were honest with the work needed to be done and did not charge for anything we didn't really needed done - unlike some other companies who quoted us. Thank you for your prompt service and communication skills! Will definitely be contacting Apex Plumbing again next time we have any plumbing work or issues.

I highly recommend Kavana's Plumbing! I had an emergency plumbing leak and Henry was able to accommodate the schedules between multiple people with ease and get the service scheduled ASAP.
Henry was very through in explaining everything needed for the job including providing short and long term fixes while performing the services at a more than reasonable price. I will definitely use them again in the future.
