Best Lead Water Line Repair in Chicago IL
My family and I have used this company whenever something goes wrong with our plumbing. Great company. The quality is very good. I especially like Dan the tech who has came out. He's extremely friendly and walks us through everything before they start. I would definitely recommend this company for any and all plumbing issues.

Needed plumbing services and ran into Suburban-Chicago Plumbing Experts. Mike and Chris showed up and we’re able to diagnose my issue and rodded my home out in under and hour. Amazing service , super professional. Mike and Chris even cleaned up my laundry room. Overall the best value and service. Thanks again

showed up with 1 hr of calling. the part needed had to be ordered. the plumber told me to either install it myself or hire a handyman when it comes in as it's an easy job that doesn't justify his $140/hr. real nice guy and honest.

Kevin and his men are professional, polite and Freaky Fast!Just moved to Park Ridge from California with my wife and kids. We decided to stay in the basement while we did upstairs renovations. I called Kevin(the boss) on a the Sunday it decided to rain in my basement with water coming out of the main floor toilet. Yup, serious inconvenience.Kevin answered and was on site fast. Found the main line had sheared apart. Kevin and his men had permits and equipment the next morning. Repairs were complete the next day, Freaky Fast! Kevin also took time for questions and some other sump repairs to be sure we are move in ready.

Do not hire this company! They will take your money and not fix the real problem. In addition, John is very rude and condescending. I’m glad he’s able to afford $1k toilets throughout his home.
After charging $2,500 one day for a laundry room leak/backup, returning the next day for a backup they caused in downstairs unit in both bathtubs, charging $750 to look at that issue and clean bathtubs, shutting off water to a toilet after saying it was leaking and giving a $1300 quote to replace toilet, saying backups were our fault for not taking care of the issue earlier, and finally writing up a quote for another $12k to tear up driveway, replace drainage pipes, and put a new clean out.
Why were we charged all the previous charges if John learned what the issue was at the beginning?
Update: Hired a new plumber. A true professional. Eric Carlson from Precision Today. From the beginning, he gave options, explained everything, and fixed the issues in two days.
