Donnie and Kevin were exceptional. We had a leak coming through our ceiling and we came and got a consultation immediately, and scheduled time to fix the problem a few days later. They located the leak immediately and gave us a solution. They were super quick, efficient, and very cost effective. Definitely recommend!!!

Avantel Plumbing installed a new sump pump in my basement and did a great job. Their team was efficient and left the work area clean. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I would not recommend using their service for several reason and based on a recent experience I had with them:
1. The person who came to my place to help with rodding the main sewage was rude and unprofessional.
2. Although I already told him the problem and the fact that the way to get there is through the street main basin, he came over and charged me the consultation fee of 100$ just to confirm what I already told him.
3. They are not honest. He told me the city would not allow using the main basin at all and would fine me 50k$ if we do so. I called Evanston Building Department the next day and they said they usually don’t have any problem with that as long as they get a call and be informed.
4. They are not good at what they do. He didn’t check to see what the other options would be to rod the pipe. He just wanted to get the 100$ and get out ASAP. I called another company an hour later, the evaluated the sewage system in detail and determined a way to get the job done and fixed the issue on the same day (on the weekend).

I called the owner Darrell, on a Sunday for an emergency situation and he was the only company that could ACTUALLY provide same day service. He showed up to the property within 2 hours, and while we were on the phone he explained the issue to me and provided a great solution that saved me money long term. I will hands down be using him exclusively moving forward as my go-to electrician. 10/10.

Handico cut/installed trim for 8 custom window, 2 door trims and baseboards for me in June 2022. Tom did a fantastic job and is very pleasant to work with as he truly loves what he does for a living! The owner, Joe, is a man of great integrity and fully stands behind their work, which is very reassuring to me because it says alot about him as a business owner. I also previously hired them to install quarter-round moulding in my home and Tom did an excellent job with that, also. They are definitely on my go-to list for home improvements/repairs

The guys who came in to mount or TV and speaker, run some cabling and install new outlets were really, really excellent! Not just providing us with high quality work, but also great advice, they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! We’ll definitely be using this company in the future and highly recommend them.

I always find it incredibly hard to find a good plumber. This app not only got me almost 12bids in less than 10min I was able to chat with the pro before I hired him.and he was at my door in and out in 30min. Problem solve. Will use them again

Bidet installation

Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.

Very professional, knew exactly what they were doing. Cleaned up afterwards and left area almost like they were never here.
